Banana Celery Smoothie


  • 3 bananas
  • 3 stalks of celery
  • 1 cup milk (hemp, nut, rice, etc.)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp nut butter (almond, cashew, hemp, sunflower, etc.) or Hulled Hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp maca powder
  • 1 cup ice


      Put everything into blender and blend till smooth and enjoy!
