Avocado Ranch Dressing


  • 1 avocado
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp dill
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ tsp onion
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • flax oil (to adjust thickness, optional)


      Puree together and add olive oil, flax oil and/or more coconut milk to adjust thickness, keeping in mind it can also be used as a spread for sandwiches and/or a dip for veggies.  
      Keeps well in a glass canning jar in fridge up to 10 days or more.
