Almond Miso Spread

recipe by Adam A. Graham (from his book "The Complete Idiot's Guide to Raw Food Detox") 


  • 1/4 cup almond butter  
  • 2 tbsp miso  
  • 1 to 2 tsp lemon juice  
  • 1 tsp to 1/4 cup of water


      Combine almond butter, miso, and lemon juice in a bowl and mix with a spoon to a creamy paste.
      Add water as desired to thin the consistency.
      Yields 4 tbsp or 4 servings.
