Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp baking soda

¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp nutmeg

½ cup ground flax seed
- 1 cup zucchini shredded

1 cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup oil or ½ cup applesauce

1 chia egg (1tbsp chia seeds to 2 tbsp water)
- ¼ tsp lemon peel

Chopped walnuts
Directions
Mix and place in 8*4*2 greased loaf pan, Oven 350 degrees for 45ish minutes (stick with toothpick to see if done)
