Ingredients
8 cups pulp from making veggie juice (4 lb carrot, 1 bunch celery, 1 bunch parsley, ½ large red beet, 1 bulb garlic, 2 apples, etc)

1 cup ground sunflower seeds

1 cup ground walnuts

1/3 cup ground chia seeds soaked in 2 cups water (stir frequently as it thickens and mix in with other ingredients before it gets too firm)
½ cup chopped onions
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
salt and pepper to taste

1/2 cup nutritional yeast
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
Add water if necessary for mixing
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Form into patties and place on mesh dehydrator trays.
Dehydrate till desired doneness.
You can also fry these in a pan with a little coconut oil.
Serve on lettuce leaf with tomato, pickle, avocado, onion, marinara sauce, cashew hemp cream sauce, etc.
