Ingredients

1/12 cups walnuts

dash of salt

1/3 cup cacao powder - or more to taste
1/8 – ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
8 pitted medjool dates
2 tsp organic vanilla extract
2 tsp pure water
2 tsp honey or coconut nectar
¼ tsp cinnamon
1/16 tsp clove (optional)
6 tidbits pineapple
Directions
Use food processor to grind walnuts and salt until fine.
Add cacao and 1/8 tsp cayenne.
Add dates and pineapple until dough forms; continue to add the vanilla, cinnamon, clove, honey and water.
Scoop out a tablespoon full of dough and roll into a ball.
