Ingredients

1 cup soaked cashews
¼ ‐ ½ cup filtered water (depending on desired thickness)
1‐2 tbsp maple syrup or more to taste
½ tsp vanilla extract

pinch of salt
Directions
Throw all into blender, starting with ¼ cup water then gradually add more to thin out to desired consistency.
Use for everything – serve with raw nuts, seeds and fruit, or pair with desserts.
