Ingredients
2 stalks celery, chopped, about 3/4 cup
1/4 cup yellow onion, chopped
1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp salt
2 tsp oregano, fresh or dried

1 cup ground sunflower seeds

1/2 cup ground flax seed
-
1/2 cup water
Directions
Place all ingredients in a bowl, adding water last. Mix well.
Form into four balls and flatten into burger patties.Optional: Dehydrate burgers for three hours at 104 degrees F. Serve warm.
