Ingredients
1 Jicama cubed 2″
1/2 small yellow onion, (1/2 cup) chopped
1 tbsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 cup cilantro chopped
1 cup dried cranberries

1 cup crushed walnuts

2 tsp salt
6 dates, chopped
½ tsp poultry seasoning (optional)
a little coconut oil
Directions
Blend Jicama in food processor until small and “rice-like", then put in a bowl.
Add all the rest and mix well.
Can make ahead & it keeps well in the fridge.
Dehydrate for a few hours prior to serving.
