FOR THE CRUST:
Chop fine in a food processor and then put approximately 1 tbsp mixture into bottom of cupcake pans (use papers if desired). Press down firmly.
FOR THE FILLING:
Blend all in VitaMix or blender till creamy. Spoon filling onto top of cupcake crusts.
FOR THE SAUCE:
Blend together and spoon onto cheesecakes.
Cheesecakes can be served with or without sauce.
Add 3 tbsp cacao powder to filling and sue a mixture cacao and maple syrup as the topping.
