Ingredients
1 cup pumpkin puree (use fresh or packed in non‐BPA tetrapak cartons)
½ cup nut milk (soy, hemp or almond, etc)
3 pitted medjool dates or 6 deglet noor dates
½ cup cooked Cannellini beans (if desired)
½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
¼ tsp cinnamon

pecans for garnish
Directions
Blend all ingredients except pecans in a high‐powered blender till well blended, light and fluffy.
Top with pecans.
