1 cup soaked cashews

1 cup water
3 tbsp fresh lemon juice

1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic
1 chunk (about 1 tbsp) onion
¼ cup sesame tahini

1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
Directions
Blend smooth in Vitamix or blender.
Store in glass container in the refrigerator.
This is also good for dipping fresh veggies.
