Ingredients
4 large handfuls fresh basil
5 cloves garlic
juice of ½ lemon (approx ¼ cup)

1/2 cup hulled hemp seeds

salt to taste
-
nutritional yeast to taste
fresh spinach may be added also
Directions
Mix all together in blender with enough water to mix.
Increase or decrease amounts of ingredients to obtain desired taste.
Serve over zucchini or kelp noodles or as dip for veggies, etc.
