Ingredients

2 cups soaked cashews
5 tbsp lemon juice, or 3 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp rejuvelac
6 small cloves garlic or equivalent
1 tsp ground peppercorns

1 tsp salt

¼ cup filtered water
Directions
Process all ingredients until smooth, adding only enough water to make a smooth, creamy, moldable texture.
If desired, form mixture into a roll and roll in smoked cracked peppercorns.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
Will keep for four days in refrigerator.
