Ingredients
2 cups oat groats, soaked over night

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

2 tsp salt
10 deglet or 5 medjool dates, pitted

1/3 cup flax seeds, ground
Directions
Process in a food processor until smooth.
Add a bit of the date soak water if necessary.
Spread out onto parchment paper or teflex sheets on dehydrator tray to desired thickness, about ¼ inch.
Dehydrate at 105F for 6‐7 hours.
