Ingredients
1 chopped zucchini squash
1 finely chopped carrot
½ diced red pepper
½ chopped onion
2 sprigs chopped parsley
1 small clove finely chopped garlic
½ tsp oregano
1 tbsp dry or fresh basil
¼ tsp dried cloves
½ tsp marjoram
14 tsp dry or fresh (ground) rosemary
1 tbsp celery powder
1 tbsp tomato powder
1 tsp kelp powder
½ tsp cumin
½ tsp chili powder

1/2 cup pumpkin seeds, ground
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
You can add some ground flax seed o make the “dough” a little stiffer.
Make into small balls and dehydrate at 105 degrees for about 6 – 10 hours till desired firmness.
Serve with zucchini squash spaghetti and marinara sauce.*You can warm the spaghetti, meatballs and sauce in the dehydrator or just till warm on the stove if desired.
