1/4 cup lemon juice
3 stalks celery
1/4 cup onion chopped
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1 large garlic clove
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
2 tbsp parsley fresh
1/4 cup chopped tomato

1 cup soaked almonds
1 garlic
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp maple syrup or honey

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

Blend all together.
Keeps approximately 2 weeks in fridge.Almond Mayo
Blend all together and then slowly drizzle in 1 1/4 cup olive oil
