Ingredients
1 cup milk (hemp, nut, rice, etc.)

2 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
1 banana

1 tbsp sweetener (coconut sugar, maple syrup, dates, raw honey, etc.) (optional)
Directions
Put everything in a blender, blend 2 minutes. This comes together in a matter of minutes and is great for breakfast, lunch, or anytime!
