Get a boost of energy with our Goji Blast recipe! Packed with superfoods like goji berries and ginger, this smoothie will fuel your day.

Ingredients
-
1 cup goji berries (soaked in 2 cups of water until soft)
2 - 3 peeled and seeded oranges
2 apples (cored)
2 Tbsp ginger juice
Directions
Place all above (including soaked goji berries with water) in blender.
Add enough water and/or ice to 8-cup mark on blender.
Blend until smooth.
Makes 8 cups.
