Ingredients

1/2 cup almonds
Meat from one young coconut (save coconut milk)
3 dates
3 tbsp honey
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cloves

3 cups water and coconut milk
Directions
Blend all ingredients in Vitamix or other good blender.
Strain liquid through a nut milk bag or clean cotton cloth (t shirt).
Serve cold.
(Save the pulp for making “raw cookies” etc. Freeze if you won’t be using it right away). Makes 24 oz.
