DATE AND NUT BALLS
¾ cup dates
½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, pecans)
¼ cup honey
½ cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Combine everything except coconut in food processor and process until mixed, but not smooth.
Shape into small balls and roll in coconut. Chill.
