Soup, Salad, Dressings
4 cups organic corn
1 organic carrot
1 organic cucumber
1 organic avocado
¼ cup raw organic almond butter (or ½ cup cashews soaked in water and then drained)
½ cup chopped cilantro
2 cups filtered water
1 tsp salt
Place all ingredients except water into a high speed mixer.
Add approximately ½ cup of water to the mixer and blend.
Continue to add water until the desired consistency is reached.
You may end up not adding all of the 2 cups of water.
