3 cups walnuts - processed until consistency of butter
2 cups coconut
1/2 cup carob powder or cacao powder
5/8 cup honey
¼ ‐ ½ cup sprouted and dehydrated buckwheat (like rice krispies)
Mix coconut and powder together and then add to processed walnuts along with coconut and buckwheat.
Press into a cake pan and cut into squares “OR” roll into balls.
Chill and serve.
