CINNAMON‐APPLE SPROUTED WHEAT
8 seeded, soaked dates, drained
2 cup sprouted wheat berries or buckwheat
2 apples, shredded
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
½ cup raisins for garnish
Place dates, sprouts, apples, and spices in a food processor and pulse until combined but still chunky.
Transfer to a bowl and garnish with raisins.
