CHOCOLATE CHIA MILK

Ingredients

3 tbsp chia seeds

3 1/2 cup water
4 tbsp (or to taste) coconut nectar or maple syrup

pinch of salt

4 tbsp cacao powder or carob powder
Directions
Soak chia seeds in water overnight or till it becomes a gel.
Place chia gel in Vitamix blender and add the rest of the ingredients.
Blend all till smooth – approximately 45 sec.
You may add ice cubes in place of some of the water to make it cold if you would like.
Chill milk or serve immediately.
(Try making with fruit, vanilla, choco-mint, etc.)
