CHOCOLATE BANANA CHIA PUDDING
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 cup vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp nut butter of your choice
cacao powder - start with a few tbsp and add more to taste or color
Simply combine the chia seeds, almond milk, nut butter and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
Mash banana and stir it into the chia seed mixture.
Let set to thicken, can make night before & refrigerate.
Great for breakfast, snacks, dessert.
