Ingredients
6 tbsp Chives, perfectly dry

1/2 cup flax oil

salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine the chives and oil in a blender and process until very smooth.
Season with salt and pepper, and transfer to a clean glass jar with a sealable lid.
Refrigerate for up to one week.
Use on potatoes, pastas, and salads.
