Ingredients
1/2 cup grape juice
1/2 cup cherry juice (optional)
1 1/2 cup frozen, dark cherries
1 banana, cut up
1 cup plain, yogurt (coconut, greek, etc.)

1/4 cup flaxseed
2 tbsp raw wheat germ

2-4 tbsp golden flax oil

1-2 tbsp sweetener - coconut sugar, maple syrup, honey
Directions
Put everything in a blender, blend 2 minutes.
Makes 2 tall glasses.
This comes together in a matter of minutes and is great for lunch. But watch out- it's addictive!
