-
2 1/2 cup soaked pecans
-
2 cups soaked walnuts or almonds
-
1 cup soaked pumpkin seeds
1 cup raisins
-
2 tsp salt
1 ½ cup date paste (dates soaked in water for 1‐2 hours, then pureed with ¼ cup filtered water until smooth)
1 apple, chopped
½ cup alfalfa
1 tbsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp non‐alcoholic, pure vanilla extract

Binding Paste
Directions
Grind all binding ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
Chop the oats, nuts and seeds (remaining ingredients) coarsely, using a few quick pulse, in a food processor. Mixture will be coarse. May need to make in two batches.
Place mixture into the large bowl with the apple/date (binding) mixture, add the dried fruit and mix by hand.
Spread granola on a teflex sheet(s) or parchment paper.
Dehydrate at 105‐110F for about 5 hours, then flip granola onto bare mesh screen and peel of teflex (parchment) sheets.
Dehydrate for another 10‐12 hours or until the granola is crunchy.
Serve with fresh berries and almond milk.
Store in an airtight place and keep refrigerated for freshness.
The moist granola mixture can be refrigerated overnight, but is best when transferred directly to the dehydrator after mixing.
