Ingredients
-
1 cup nut milk (almond or cashew)
-
3 tbsp chia seeds
2‐3 tbsp sweetener of choice
½ tsp cinnamon
¼‐1/2 tsp cardamom
2 tbsp raisins
-
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
Combine nut milk with all ingredients (except walnuts) and mix well.
Let rest for 10 min and stir again until thoroughly combined.
Put mix in the fridge for a couple hours or overnight so the chia seeds will absorb the flavors.
When set, add more nut milk or chia seeds if needed, then top with walnuts and serve.
The pudding will last 2‐3 days in fridge if stored in an airtight container.
***If desired, add a drop of cinnamon essential oil for a stronger cinnamon flavor.
