CACAO-MACA ENERGY BALLS

Ingredients
2/3 cup raw coconut oil (melt on very low heat)

1/3 cup raw organic maple syrup or coconut sugar or other sweetener
½ tsp vanilla

3 tbsp cacao powder

3 tbsp maca powder

3 tbsp Goji Berries

3 tbsp hemp protein powder

3 tbsp chia seeds
-
3 tbsp chia protein powder

3 tbsp black sesame seeds

1/2 cup almonds, chopped and soaked
2 cups coconut flakes
1‐2 tbsp nut butter (optional)
Directions
Mix ingredients together one at a time.
Form “dough” into small balls.
If dough is too thin, add more of the powders to form stiffer dough.
Place balls on a waxed paper lined cookie sheet or plate.
Place in fridge or freezer.
