Ingredients

2 cups brazil nuts

6 cups filtered water
1/4 cup honey

pinch of salt
Directions
Soak the brazil nuts in water overnight (8-12 hours).
Drain off water and rinse nuts.
Put nuts and 6 cups of water in a Vitamix and blend several minutes.
Pour contents into a large bowl lined with a nut milk bag or clean cotton cloth.
Squeeze liquid into bowl.
Add honey to taste and pinch of salt if desired.
Makes about 1½ - 2 quarts nut milk.
Store in container (preferably glass) in fridge. Will keep for 4-5 days.Save brazil nut pulp for other recipes. See Brazil Nut Cookies Recipe
