BLACK SESAME HUMMUS

Ingredients

1 cup black sesame seeds

1/2 cup water
1/3 cup lemon juice
2 garlic cloves chopped

1/3 cup flax oil (or olive oil)
1 1/2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt
1 tbsp dried parsley
Directions
Soak black sesame seeds for about 2 hours.
Then drain and rinse thoroughly.
Then blend everything together until you have a thick and creamy black sesame hummus.Use one of our savory snack crackers to dip and enjoy!
