BASIL WALNUT-CASHEW SPREAD

Ingredients

2 cups soaked cashews

1/2 cup soaked walnuts

1/2 cup filtered water
2 tbsp Basil Oil (olive oil and basil blend)
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp lemon juice
-
Himalayan salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Place all ingredients in food processor and process until well blended.
***This sauce/spread has a brownish tinge to it from the walnuts.
If you want a white sauce, replace the walnuts with more cashews.
