Ingredients
3 bananas
3 stalks of celery
1 cup milk (hemp, nut, rice, etc.)

2 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp nut butter (almond, cashew, hemp, sunflower, etc.) or hulled hemp seeds

1 tbsp maca powder
1 cup ice
Directions
Put everything into blender and blend till smooth and enjoy!
