Ingredients
1 avocado
1 cup coconut milk
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp dill

1 tsp salt
1 clove garlic
½ tsp onion
¼ tsp black pepper

flax oil (to adjust thickness, optional)
Directions
Puree together and add olive oil, flax oil, and/or more coconut milk to adjust thickness, keeping in mind it can also be used as a spread for sandwiches and/or a dip for veggies.
Keeps well in a glass canning jar in fridge up to 10 days or more.
