AMAZING MAC AND CHEESE

4 cups noodles (coconut meat, zucchini or kelp noodles)
1 ½ cup raw cashews, soaked several hours then rinsed and drained
1 ½ cup raw sunflower seeds, soaked several hours then rinsed and drained
¼ cup nutritional yeast (non-fortified)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Himalayan Pink Salt to taste
1-2 cups water as needed
Blend ingredients for cashew cheese in blender until smooth consistency. This includes the cashews, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, and water.
Serve over noodles and then sprinkle with chopped walnuts or hulled hemp seeds if desired. Add a little turmeric or carrot pulp for color.
