Maybe you ate one too many cookies yesterday? Or chips. Or even had too many drinks and so you need a major detox day.

Below is a list that I have provided for you on ways to easily debloat and rid harmful toxins from your body:


Natural Ways to Debloat & Detox

1. Make a Detox Juice

Making a juice is a great way to detox your body from any harmful toxins that it may hold. Here is a quick and simple recipe:

Green apple, lemon, cucumber, ginger, spinach, kale.

2. Consume Antioxidant-Rich foods

Antioxidants are known to get rid of the harmful toxins and free-radicals that enter the body. Here are some antioxidant rich foods to consume:

Steamed broccoli, blueberries, spinach, sweet potatoes, beetroot, pumpkin.

3. Apple Cider Vinegar Shots

ACV is known as a digestive remedy. It helps to neutralize stomach acids and get the stomach ready for proper digestion. When taking a shot, consume 1-2 Tbsp. OR if you don't want to take it straight, then mix it with water, lemon, and honey!

4. Go for a Brisk Walk

If you find yourself to be really bloated, go for a brisk walk. Any exercise, not just walking, can help move the built up gas move through the digestive tract. It doesn't just help with bloating, but sweating from exercise allows toxins to leave your body. Therefore, exercise helps to both debloat and detox! 

5. Peppermint Tea

Peppermint is known to help with stomach and digestive issues. It can ease stomach pains and aches, debloat, and rid of toxins in the gut. Not to mention, it's delicious! Here is a simple way to make peppermint tea:

Steep fresh peppermint leaves in boiling water with cinnamon, honey (optional), and fresh ginger.

6. Warm Water w/ Fresh Lemon Juice

A great way to detox and debloat your body is to consume warm water with lemon juice every morning on an empty stomach. This drink helps to kickstart your digestive tract, boost your immune system, detox the liver, break down the food you digest later in the day, and aid in nutrient absorption. 

7. Eat Plenty of Fiber

Fiber helps to move waste through the digestive tract easily. Therefore, you are able to rid your body of what it doesn't need more easily. Some fiber filled foods include:

Apples, peas, carrots, popcorn, lentils, chia seeds, almonds, brussels sprouts. 

8. Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic drainage is a way to detox, debloat, reduce water retention, and improve blood circulation throughout the body. It is also known to increase your metabolic rate and digestion. You can go to a specialist to have this done, or you can do it on your own! Many celebrities and models to this weekly.


These 8 ways to detox and debloat the body are game changers.
