Antioxidants are known to get rid of the harmful toxins and free-radicals that enter the body. Here are some antioxidant rich foods to consume:

Fiber helps to move waste through the digestive tract easily. Therefore, you are able to rid your body of what it doesn't need more easily. Some fiber filled foods include:

Lymphatic drainage is a way to detox, debloat, reduce water retention, and improve blood circulation throughout the body. It is also known to increase your metabolic rate and digestion. You can go to a specialist to have this done, or you can do it on your own! Many celebrities and models to this weekly.
