My Current Health & Wellness Favorites

I always love to hear people's current favorites - especially those that are health and wellness related!

Today, I want to share with you guys a few health items that I've been loving and implementing into my daily routines.

I've truly seen and felt a difference once I started adding these into my daily regimens!

My Current Health Favorites

1. Kirkland Signature Daily Multi

Ever since I started taking these multivitamins, my nails have gotten 20x stronger, my hair grows like a weed, and I have so much more energy. You can find multivitamins just about anywhere, but I specifically use the Kirkland brand because of the wonderful benefits I've experienced. 

2. CocoRinga Moringa Hot Chocolate

My co-worker put me on to this (thank you Cecelia!). I was always skeptical about this hot chocolate because I don't necessarily love sweet things, but CocoRinga has the perfect amount of natural sweetness - not too much, not too little. And not to mention, this hot coco is dairy-free, plant-based, and packed FULL of essential nutrients. Guys, CocoRinga is a game changer!

3. 32 oz. Nalgene Water Bottle or any reusable water bottle!

Drinking water is so easy when you have a reusable water bottle to carry around and fill up. I always aim for consuming a gallon of water a day and ever since I started carrying around my 32 oz. Nalgene bottle, I've been able to reach this goal easily. Drinking water has made my skin so hydrated and glowy, it has improved my physical performance, and has seriously made my mind more clear and sharp.

4. Gua Sha

I've been using a Gua Sha every morning for almost a month now and I've seen a huge difference in my appearance. Gua Sha's help to drain out toxins and puffiness in the body. I use this on my face every morning and I can seriously feel my face draining and depuffing when doing so. These also help to extenuate the jaw line, making it sharper and more defined - who doesn't love that?

5. Garlic Paprika Superfood Dressing

This is my absolute favorite salad dressing I've ever used! We offer this here at Foods Alive. This salad dressing as changed the game and personally, is the best salad dressing I have ever used! Not to mention, it is full of healthy fats, nutrients, and vitamins that are essential for the body. Make sure to get yours now before it runs out!

6. Avocado Toast with Eggs

I've had avocado toast every morning for probably a month now and it's not even close to getting old. I love to toast a slice of sourdough bread, spread 1/4 of an avocado on it, place two over-easy eggs on top, and sprinkle on some Everything But the Bagel Seasoning. This is so delicious, satisfying, and is loaded with healthy fats, nutrients, and protein! It keeps me full for hours.

7. Kombucha

Kombucha is a fermented tea that is full of living probiotics that are healthy for the gut. This drink is also filled with antioxidants that help fight off toxins and free radicals in the body. I love to drink kombucha as a healthy treat!

8. Himalayan Pink Salt Rock Lamp

I have one of these in my room and I turn it on almost every night before I go to bed. It  helps me to wind down and Zen out. I feel like ever since I started using it, I've had a better sleep and it's so much easier to calm my mind at night - the time when my mind seems to run the most.

These are eight of my favorite health and wellness items that I currently use on a daily/weekly basis.
