Amazing Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar


 Apple cider vinegar (ACV). It seems this fermented liquid apple has developed a "love it or hate it" reputation. Regardless of which camp you fall into, ACV has a multitude of benefits and a variety of uses, ranging from weight loss to cleaning. Generally, it is better to use a raw, unfiltered vinegar especially if you are ingesting it or applying it topically. You will get more beneficial elements from a version that is less processed.

 The Benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar:

1. Whitens Teeth

As strange as it may seem, apple cider vinegar is a natural way to whiten your teeth. It does so by killing off bacteria that contributes to teeth discoloration. Gargle with ACV and then brush your teeth as normal.

2. Triggers Weight Loss

Consuming 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar before or after eating can boost your metabolism and burn fat. The acetic acid in the vinegar both prevents fat buildup and and supports weight loss.
